*How do I rent items?

Select the items you would like to rent and add them to your cart. At checkout, you will be asked to select your preferred dates/times and method of delivery and pick up.

It's always FREE to pickup/drop off rental items at our TravelTot Hub located in Colchester!

There is a delivery and pick up fee if you would like your items delivered to your location.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for payments.

Please note: For security purposes, items should not be left outside unattended so please choose dates and times that allow for in person drop off and pick up.

*Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes! FREE pickup and drop-off are always available from our TravelTot Hub in Colchester. For added convenience, we also offer delivery and pickup directly to your door for a small fee based on your location.

  • Locations within 0–15 miles of Colchester: $10 pickup/drop-off fee
  • Locations 15–25 miles from Colchester: $15 pickup/drop-off fee

Best of all, orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in Chittenden County!

Delivery & Pick Up is a curbside only service, and does not include any installation or setup.

*What happens if I need to cancel?

At TravelTot Vermont, we understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled delivery are eligible for a 100% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery time are

NON-REFUNDABLE.

Experiencing a delayed flight or a change in your arrival time? No problem! Contact us right away, and we’ll gladly arrange a new delivery time at no additional charge.

*What happens if I break or lose an item?

As moms, we understand that normal wear and tear happens, and small pieces may occasionally be misplaced. Our goal is to provide a stress-free experience for you and your family!

If the toy is broken or enough pieces are lost that we are no longer able to rent it, the customer is responsible for producing a replacement item. This may involve the customer paying the retail value of the item. However, TravelTot Vermont prefers to partner with customers to find high-quality pre-owned replacement items at a more affordable price point. We believe by renting gently used gear instead of buying new, every rental is one less item headed to a landfill - and one more step toward preserving the natural beauty that makes Vermont special!

We charge a 50% security deposit on all order totals. If a replacement item is needed, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and place it towards the replacement cost. Otherwise, customers will be refunded the deposit amount when items are returned.

*Can I request an item you don't carry?
